They don't tell the complete story on this at all.

The bonehead also told the judge that it was "common practice" for other plow drivers to "push other trucks out of the way".

They also stated , in the Northwest Herald, that he was 53 years old and had been plowing for 40 years.

The slurpie shop they were at barely has enough parking for 10 cars let alone a plow truck. The guy parked in the same place as the mail truck, UPS guy, all delivery trucks and anyone who pulls in when the lot is full.

I hope they revoke his license for a while. He pushed the other truck up and over a curb for crying out loud. :realmad:

BWAhahahahahahah. This dull tool bag is lucky the guy in the shop didn't come out and beat him like a baby seal. :gunsfiring:

Seriously, it's obvious the 'pusher' was in a rage - heck he might have been on something too! Regardless of anything he had no right. Common Practice .... BWahahahaahahaha - idiot!

This guy Greves sounds like a real winner.

What this doesn't say, is was he plowing the lot? If he finished the whole lot except for wherever this guy was parked and came in and asked the guy to move (assuming, politely) and the guy refuses--just to be a dick... one can understand this guy being pissed.

Mind you, someone of reasonable intellegence realizes that you can't smash him out of the way... but come on, admit it, we've all fantasized about it before when you encounter someone who is 'the most idiotic person ever'. :D

You never get the whole story. Just whatever sells the newspaper.

Here is the story from the Northwest Herald

Plow driver guilty of new type of road rage

    By BRANDON COUTRE - bcoutre@nwherald.com

WOODSTOCK – A snowplow driver who plowed another truck fitted with a snowplow out of his way last year so that he could salt the parking lot of a Crystal Lake smoothie shop was found guilty Tuesday of felony criminal damage to property.

Prosecutors said James F. Greve, 53, caused more than $6,400 in damage to the truck he pushed, which was parked in a fire lane March 2, 2007, outside Jamba Juice on Route 14.

During a one-day trial, the damaged truck’s owner, Gabriel S. Foss, said he was ordering a drink inside the shop when another man came in and cussed at him while he asked for him to move the truck.

A verbal confrontation between the two developed, and Greve went outside and pushed the tuck with his snowplow up a 6-inch curb, Foss said.

From the witness stand, Greve, a 40-year plowing veteran, denied swearing and getting aggressive toward Foss. Greve said it was a common industry practice to push other snowplows and denied causing the damage.

"What he did was totally inexcusable,” McHenry County Assistant State’s Attorney Ryan Blackney said. “This is what road rage is.

In issuing the guilty verdict, Judge Sharon Prather said she thought the defendant's testimony lacked credibility.

When sentenced May 23, Greve faces from probation up to three years in prison.

These guys give us all a bad name. I was at Home Depot last year watch some moron swear at someone in a car, turned around in lot came back & dropped his plow, completly plastered the car. In his lettered truck, right in front of the entrance (I'm sure it was on tape). Idiots.
