So it snowed 3" last night. Started plowing at 3am. Blew a hose in the first lot. Went back home and found my extra hose. My 13 year old mechanic and I fixed that up. Went back out and the salt spreader got jammed and wouldn't work. Had to salt a few places by hand. :realmad: Now the spreader still is not working, and I will have to salt in the morning. Oh well, one of my workers and I are going to spread salt by hand because none of my push spreaders work with bulk salt. It was just one of those days. At least my headache is gone now...

I see where the funny part is, when things go wrong in this industry, you just get so ticked off it gets funny.
"I have to spread salt on this big parking lot...........oh look my spreader isn't working, haha I have to do it by hand" see the humor? lol

No, that's not a typo. I know a kid that likes to ride around with me. His mom lets him because he wants to work for me some day. He is a pretty handy lil dude.

I can see you know what I mean.:) Got my spreader fixed now too. There was a 2" rock jamming it up. It finally fell out.

Its always better to laugh and have people look at you like you're a complete idiot than be one and start kicking things you'll have to fix later
