fuel kill on gm 6.2 help cant shut off

    i just bought a 96 gruman van with the 6.2 gm diesel ,the deal is it starts fine but to shut it off you have to pinch the fuel line for min to stop fuel , the key will not stop it.(solenoid out?)anyone know what to look to maybe fix this ? thanks

    Maybe relay?

    you need a new fuel cutoff. its in the injection pump. sounds like its stuck open. take it to about any diesel shop in town and you should be able to get it fixed no problem
