Truck is in excellent shape with 114k miles with a 366 gas motor. Plow and spreader is 15hrs old, like new. 18k or best

    Plow is a Boss.
Engine has no leaks, runs perfect and is mated to an Allison automatic.. all tires are new or close. Dump bed has just been sand blasted to bare metal inside and out and has an extremely strong Industrial acid-proof/epoxy coating on it. Takes some abuse just to mar it.

Inside the v box, engine, the interior cab, body, dump.....
How many cu yd is the dump? Is it under CDL? What type of brakes?
    Is it in use now?

    Thanks

The Plow and Vbox were only used 3 times.. and were purchased new in Oct...so there's not much to see. The dump is 5-6yd.. the truck has a combined GCWR of under 27k.. so yep, under CDL.. has regular hydraulic brakes. It is used spurratically to plow.. lol... but we have no snow obviously.

And this is the first time it has ever had a plow on it..so it's not like it has years of abuse.

    I'll get pics tomorrow

Does NOT depend on state. Federal regs make anything over 26K a CDL required vehicle. Anything over 10K is considered a commercial vehicle unless strictly for personal use..

Enforcement could vary, but the Fed regs remain the same. Feel free to ask me any questions, I'm a Federal Commercial Vehicle Inspector.
