Let it warm up. I had this happen to a couple bags. use them quick or they will freeze again.

Sometimes nothing works. When we ran bagged salt we had about 8-80lb bags freeze up and they are still solid as concrete! We use them for weight now.

Auger won't break it if its that hard. Write it off or go at it with a sledge.

Damn, I must be lucky then. Had a dozen bags left outside all season from last year, just slammed them on the ground a bit and they broke up nicely.

Run it over or use it as a brine block lol

A related story....the last load of bulk we got delivered had a lot of huge chunks in it, tried to break it up with skid steer but no luck so we left a pile of it sitting. Well, I was being lazy and didn't want to start our skid steer, let it warm up etc. to load about 300lbs of salt needed to touch up a remote area at a lot where we keep our salt at. Any ways, scooped the pile with my plow and drove around in scoop position until most of the salt was gone, lol worked great! and the artwork after it started melting was priceless, lol Hey at least the salt didnt go to waste right.

I also think your spreader auger would break or jam or something but it won't break that stuff up.
