front end sag

Discussion in 'Chevy Trucks' started by snowman91, Oct 16, 2007.

  1. how much do silverado 2500's and sierra 2500's sag with an 8' fisher hd or 8'x-blade or ezv on the front? would a leveling kit or timbres fix the problem if it did sag?

The truck will probably need some type of help with the weight. A set of Timbrens and/or a torsion bar adjustment will usually keep the front end up with no problems..even with a heavy blade.

are the Timbrens easy to install on a 04 Tahoe
  4. i have a blizzard 8-10 on my 02 3500 and I have a boss 9'2 poly on my 2500hd. Torsion bar cranks alone have been sufficient on both of my trucks. I MAY add timbrens to the 2500 because the new boss 92 is a lot heavier than the western pos that i had before.
