my western plow setup is cable operated, and im wondering exactly what i need to replace/change to make it electric? the northman i had last year has an electric monarch pump, with two toggle switches and i really like it, the cable isnt as responsive nor is it easy to tell exacly what position the lever is in..

    thanks!

Should just be an UNI Pump (electric solenoid) and the wiring for the joystick or whatever controller you want. Pretty straight forward.

the electric pump is pretty much the same as a cable one, but instead of the cables it has electric valves instead.

you will need the controller and the controller wires to swap it over though.

Its an Isarmatic SEHP Western Plow pump. It looks almost the same as your cable one now except where the electric solenoids are instead of the cable inlets.

thats actually very tempting... but i dont have the money for a new pump/hoses/cylinder right now.
the truck has been eating my money

i was hoping to find a good deal on Craigslist on an electric pump

how much you asking and what all is included?

I have a setup for your plow. Its a Unimount power unit (complete will bolt right in) and a custom harness for the operation of the power unit and a joy stick controller. You retain your lights and harness, they will not be changed and will operate as they always have. I have set up a lot of older plows this way and no problems, everyone loves them.
