Just went and dug the plow out from storage. Everything went well to the point of hitting the tower switch for the smart hitch. As I hit the swithth, I had sparks at the contact point of the frame & plow frame. All was great last spring when I dropped it for storage. Any Ideas before I try again and burn something up! Must be a bad wire or ground.

Your plow ground cable and/or connections need attention. Check them over all the way from the negative battery terminal to the plow motor, removing the pump cover of course. Clean and tight is what you're after.
