I have a problem with my Fisher and was hoping someone in here might help in bailing me out...

I have a belt driven hydraulic Fisher with a single lever control......the problem is, the lever and plow will not move to either the left or right angles.......raise and lower is fine.......any ideas would be appreciated .......thanks
