    Not a big deal. Cut out rib from mold board and make a template and make a new one out of flat stock. A plasma cutter here works well for this but can be done with a Oxy torch set up. Also need to make a bushing for the pivot as well. Then straighten out mold board, clean up, prep for welding and weld it back in. Pretty straight forward fix.

    Once I get my CNC plasma table up and running I will be making ribs for popular plows for this exact situation.
