Ive got a MM1 headgear which Ive upfitted to a three plug system. The internal parts ie: isolation mod and wiring are from a MM2. The system worked fine until " of course it snowed and I needed it" then the hydrolics wouldn't move up/down left/right.
I replaced the soleniod and can hear a click everytime I try and move it.
This system is on my dually dump and Ive got another plow on my 05 chevy , which works fine ,so I tried a little trial and error. I hooked up my chevy to the head gear and nothing moved but i could hear the click from the soleniod. I hooked up the dually to the chevy headgear and it operated fine. So the problem is in the head gear. I tried the grounds but they seam fine . Any and all help wil be greatful. thanks , Steve

I'd try giving the motor a few love taps. You could have a stuck brush.
