Ok so we are looking at both brands in there respective under 2 yard designs. I noticed salt dogg uses an auger and the fisher has the chain drive for the feed. What is the consensus on both machnes warranty issues etc etc. The salt dogg is $800 cheaper however does the disher make up 800 in performance and quality? just to throw in a wrench we also looked at the gas powered units from air flo and saltdogg. Mostly doing bank parking lots for spreading needs your help is appreciated
