We have a fisher polycaster at work that we cannot seem to get going, there is 12v power to the spreader and 12v power to the in cab controller but the diagnostic light flashes 4 times (indicating a no power fault). The controller powers up just as it should and the spreader runs fine when you unhook the motor from the control module on the spreader itself and give it power directly. Any thoughts ?

    thanks, -Justin

we had a new one that would work on & off. Would flash for high amp draw at times. Apart from the controller work great all the time. Took the cover off the end of the conveyor motor and found a brush stuck in its' holder.
