Fisher Electric over Hydrolic 7' poly blade will not go down.

Talked to a buddy today said there is adjustments on the plow itself which I see that it is cable driven to move the plow up and down. It moves up fast and smooth but just will not go down. Moves left and right also no problem.

I thought it was an issue with they joystick because when I would push it down sometimes the plow goes down fast but most of the time slow. Tonight it just got stuck in the up position.

Which cable do I adjust and which way do I go with it? In or out?

I check both nuts that are on there and they are both loose. There is a small screw it looks like on the bottom where the lower cable goes into the plow body.

    Any help appreciated thank you!
