My MM1 (circa 2000) is getting worn down, but the frame and the rest is in great shape. Can an old speedcast blade fit my frame with little to no modification or are the MM plows a unique design? Just thinking it might be a better idea to replace the blade since its getting holey, but repairing is always an option too.

So you mean just the mold board right not the frame?

Yes, the headgear, lights, hydraulics, pump, wiring, etc are all in good shape. I just want to know what blades can I attach as direct fit to my existing frame.

Yes you can fit an 8' or larger Speedcast blade onto your setup.
