I had some work done on the truck and they bumped all the plow module stuff from where it was. Also, this is a different plow that was on it from last year that I bought over the summer.

One headlight is normal, and the other is very dim. When I turn on the highbeams, the one that looks like the highbeam should(also like the other one is normally) and the one that was working looks slightly slightly dimmer, but still much better than the one that basically doesn't work. This is the older style box light, with 3 plugs going into the glass enclosure with the headlight. I have tried a new headlight from another plow and it does the same thing.

    Any suggestions??

Also, the blinkers are opposite that of the truck.
I am mainly concerned about the headlight issue, with my current option being to plow with the high beams on.

Well the blinker problem is obvious, if its a four port module switch the #3 and #4 port plugs at the module, they crossed those two when they did the relocation.

sounds like a bad ground on the head light run a jumper wire for a ground on the back of the headlight connector to the motor ground and see if that helps with the brightness is so find the bad ground wire

The issue your having with your headlights is also a configuration issue...which truck is this for?

Definitely a poor ground for the dim headlight issue

I don't think this is a ground issue at all, it sounds to me more of a configuration issue.

What kind of head light do you have?
You have a mod? if so is it a 3mod/3wire or a 3mod/2wire??
I know this is going to be a stupid question, not a relay system?
Better yet if you know the harness number (ex: 29048, 29400)???

Now I know this information will help

    I going to wing this..
