Plow stopped working on one of the trucks. No lift or angle, so I replaced the solenoid under the hood first because I've had this happen a couple of times and that has been the culprit in the past but it didn't work. So then I gave the motor a few swift swings of a hammer and it started working.

My question is if it's just the motor that I should be replacing to fix the problem. I just want to make sure I buy all the parts I need to fix this POS.

    Thanks in advance.

If the BFH method worked on the motor, then it needs a motor. Pretty common to come to life after a little persuasion, although its usually only for a limited time so be sure to get a fresh one on there asap.
