    Hi Brian,
New to the site about 10 minutes ago. I just bought a 2005 Ford F150. The Ford dealer told me that it would be no problem to put my Minute Mount on the Ford. I can't seem to find any info or parts to do this. For the Ford I need the headlight wire harnesses, the push plates, and some thing to point out what plugs go where on the isolation module. This plow came off a 1998 Chevy. It was installed in 2001 so it's not a Minute Mount ll. Can you sell me the right stuff to swape the plow from the Chevy to the Ford?
    Thanks

He only comes onto this site to sell his stuff. If you call him he may help you. But I doubt he will do a even swap. As for wires let me check what I got. I think I have all the wiring you need. A chevy setup wont work on your truck becuase they have DRL's.

You should post under Fisher and Crashed or B&B will chime in and tell you all the parts you need. They are 2 of the sites Guru's. There are others. But they are on a bit.

Thanks for all the input here. I've been talking to lots of people associated with plowing and using different brands. I'd say at least 95% of them have said that "you CANNOT put a steel plow ie; Fisher Minute Mount on an 05 F150 and make it work correctly with the front suspension these trucks have. The coil overs just won't support the plow raised. They suggest if you need to plow get a Fisher Homesteader. I have the fisher Minute Mount because I used to plow commercial accounts. Now I just do my driveway and that's about it. So It looks like the Fisher Minute Mount is for sale and I'll get the Homesteader.

    Thanks again, Joe

    Light duty plows

I'm still leaning toward the Fisher Homesteader plow but since there is still time before the snow flies I thought I'd check out some of the others. Anyone know anything about the Meyer Poly or the Stainless Steel plow that Automotive Equipment sells made for light duty trucks? http://www.autoeq.com/snowremoval.html Thanks for the input
