I bought one 2 years ago. I was apprehensive about it as I had plowed w/ an 8' HD for the previous 28 years. I have been very happy with it. It cuts my plowing time down about 25% and have had no mechanical problems with it. It is heavy though. It weighs nearly 200 lbs more than and 8'HD.

I'm in the market now for an XV2 on the new truck. You New Hampshire guys who would you recommend for the best install as well as a good price?
No sales tax in NH is a wonderful thing!

My last plow was put on by Plymouth Ford and that was a cluster mess under the hood.

I meant Portsmouth Ford in my last post.

If I buy in Mass it almost $400 in sales tax.

I had got a price from donoven equipment up there figuring saving sales tax but they made up the difference in price so I just got it down here before I found that guy in Belmont.

Check out Lang's Corner Garage in Rye, NH. That is where I bought mine from. They are a huge fisher dealer and their work is top notch.

Can't speak for other truck types but I've run a hour or more with MVP3 on my F350

I'm the same as you Pat. I run about an hour or so get to the City, and my temperature gauge does go up, but it doesn't get anywhere near the danger zone.

I run 57/80 to 355 to DG at 5am, no traffic....75mph or better.

    Hows the "new truck" feeling?

Awesome. Couple of weeks ago we went to our place up North, and I averaged 23-24 MPG on the EVIC. I know those tend to be "happy", but before the tuning I would only get about 20 on the same EVIC, so no matter if it's hand calculated or not, I'm getting 3-4 MPG better, and it's got torque coming out it's ears. Best thing I've ever done to the truck.
