    Looking clean!!

3" plus here on the coast but light and fluffy so no problems
    a speed record

Forecast discussion from NOAA for the rest of the week:

NEXT SYSTEM OF INTEREST COMES IN THE FORM OF A STRONG CLIPPER LATE
WED NIGHT AND THURS. GFS/CANADIAN/ECM AGREE FOR THE MOST PART ON THE
TRACK AND TIMING...BRINGING THE LOW CENTER TO JUST OFF OF THE
DELMARVA 12Z THU. LOOKS LIKE ENOUGH INSENTROPIC LIFT AND
FRONTOGENETICAL FORCING TO THE NORTH OF THE LOW CENTER WILL BE ABLE
TO GIVE US A MODEST SNOW EVENT. THIS WILL BE A FAST MOVER...AS
RELATIVELY FAST AND FLAT UPPER FLOW WILL PUSH THE SYS RIGHT ALONG.
THE QUESTION IS WHETHER OR NOT THE UPPER WAVE WILL DEEPEN QUICKER
AND FURTHER WEST THAN PROGGED SO THE SYSTEM CAN TAP INTO THE
ATLANTIC MOISTURE AND THROW IT BACK TO THE N AND W BEFORE IT MOVES
TOO FAR OFFSHORE. WITH THE ARCTIC AIRMASS IN PLACE...IT WON'T TAKE
MUCH LIFT GO GENERATE DECENT SNOWFALL RATES AS THE FRIGID AIR WON'T
BE ABLE TO HOLD MUCH MOISTURE. THERE WILL BE A TIGHT SFC PRES
GRADIENT IN PLACE AS WELL...SO THE WINDS WILL MAKE WHATEVER IS
FALLING SEEM WORSE. ALL IN ALL WILL CONTINUE WITH THE HI CHC POPS
LATE WED NIGHT INTO THU. IT'S TOO FAR OUT TO THINK ACCUMS...BUT A
FIRST GUESS WOULD SUGGEST 2-4" WITH MAYBE EVEN 5-6" ON ERN LI IF
MOISTURE TAP CAN GET GOING. WILL HAVE TO KEEP OUR EYES ON THE
TRACK...SINCE A JOG FURTHER SOUTH WOULD GIVE A MUCH DRIER SCENARIO.

DRY AND VERY COLD THURS NITE AND FRI. ECM HINTS AT A WEAK CLIPPER
APPROACHING THE AREA SUNDAY. WENT WITH SLT CHC POPS FOR -SN THEN.

    This bears some watching
    Better keep the invoices open!

Only got about 1 - 2" here. Enough to do the commercial but no residential since all are a 2" trigger and everywhere I was had less the 2". Made some decent $$ but could have been better. We did get a few residential calls for plow visits but I know if we went and did all our residentials that some would complain that there wasn't 2" as our contract says and they'd be b@#$*ching about paying. Will have to see how the rest of the week pans out. Hopefully a little more next time.

I woke up at 3:30 and was so happy to see the snow on the ground. We got 3 inches of that white gold. It's looking like we might get some more later in the week. Keep it coming.
