Finally replaced the cracked deflector

    Big thanks to Scott (smoorman) at Snowdogg for sending me a rubber replacement, no questions asked.

    My original molded deflector was shot.

    The new deflector was ready to go. Even the holes were punched.

    Here are a couple pictures to show the difference in height the molded deflector gives. You do lose a bit of height with a belted deflector.

    Snow Dogg deflector replacement

    Snow Dogg will replace free of charge any cracked plastic type deflector with a rubber one.

    Looks good. I had to look twice at the first picture until I saw it was zip ties

    Glad it was replaced for free. We're done buying OEM deflectors, they seem to last about a season or two then all the holes are torn. Found a few places on ebay that sell 3/8 rubber conveyor belt material for a good price (I think 10ftx8 or 10" was like 40 bucks)
