Hey guys I'm in the process of wiring my mini light bar. I'm fed up of having a wire plug into the lighter. The truck came with a switch for the light bar built into the dash. It has power already. I just want to know if any one knows where the dealer passed the wires.

Is there a wire from the switch to the done light that I just plug my light bar into or do I have to bring the light bar wire directly to the switch?

    Thanks

It's up near the dome light taped to the headliner.

There is a blunt cut wire in the top of the b pillar of the regular cab or c pillar of ext or crew cab. If all else fails try the search.

you can drill a small hole in the 3rd brake light and silicone around it after you pull the wire threw.
