F550 dump question

    can a western 8' plow be put on a f550? or is it too small thanks for the help:mechanic:

    You will want at least a 9ft plow on that truck

    8ft is fine but i would do at least an 8.6

    It wont clear a path for your rear dually tires so you should go with at least a 8.6

    We have a 9 ft on ours and i wish it was 10 footer, when go around bends with the blade at an angle, the duals run in the bank.

    I run over a bit of snow on really tight turns with my 9'2" boss vee on my crew cab long bed 350 single rear.

    I'd be running a 10' V on that truck.

    I recommend a 10 footer. I have a 9 footer, and put wings on so it is almost an 11 footer on a F350 dually.
