I have a customer that is  with his $55K 2008 Ford. Plowing snow his truck lost all power. He found the air filter sopping wet. He took it out and drained quite a bit of water from inside of it to continue plowing but eventually had to run with no air filter. The next day it was a tow to the dealership after the truck wouldn't start. The dealer got the truck running and suggested a bra to keep the snow out. Any better ideas?

You think Ford would learn from when they had the same problems with the early 99 powerstrokes. Mid-year models got a re-designed air filter housing to keep this from happening. J.

Get rid of the Ford?? jk :jester:

Might look into a rapid cold air intake and get rid of the stock. Somethin to check into anyway.
