have a 2000 EZV 9.5 footer on F450. The plow does work, but is very loud. Thought motor was bad, tried new motor. Found brass bushing between pump and motor sticking up a little, made it flush so fiber washer was'nt binding up. Pulled reservoir, found filter to be clean. Pulled pump to check, seemed to bind when pushing down on shaft. Replaced pump. Also, does'nt raise all the way sometimes before controller times out. Ran battery cables right from solenoid to plow motor, still doing it. Moves in all directions a little slow. Has dual battereis, unhooked cables and load tested. They were both low, so I charged them. After charging, load test came back OK. Volts at motor with contrioller engaged is 10.4. Has stalled the truck out before, and then had to jump. Leaning towards batteries. Will this make the plow motor moan?? Any ideas appreciated. JOHN
