hey guys just wondering if the wiring harness from a 04 gmc will work on a 1999 gmc K2500? i'm not to worried about the light harness, just the plow one.

For the most part yes. May need different headlight adapters depending on the headlight difference between the two trucks but the plow itself will function regardless.

The plow will still function regardless of what you mount it on, it's the lighting that will need addressing.

The Iso's aren't specific to the plow (straight or vee) they're specific to the vehicle you're running it on. Many of the Fords and Dodges use the same Iso but most GM's are all their own for example. Hope that clears it up a little.
