I have an 04 gmc 2500.And an 8.5 extreme v plow. What is the part number or numbers that I need for the on truck wiring? I have a controller already, Its a 4 pin.
Im thinking its 29048 but I cant get a break down of what that number includes.
Some places it says 29048 is multi plex Some place on fisher's site says non multiplex.

    yes, they are.

    You need 29048 which includes:

    28253 truck light headlamp harness
26357 truck to plow 11 pin light harness
    22381 adapter
    29047 adapter

    then you'll also need

    29070 3 port module
42014 2 pin power cable (technically 4 pin)
    28587 Control harness

I think thats it other then the controller you already have.

yes you can, the only thing that changes is the vehicle light harness-es....

I edited this post after I priced everything out....

You will no longer need the 29048, but instead the 27780 kit, your better off buying the kit even though you already have the ISO rather then piecing it all together as it is cheaper. The kit also includes a new ISO module that you already have. You can always sell yours or the new one....either or, but I personally would keep it as a spare just in case.

    26352 long vehicle light harness
    26351 short vehicle light harness
26357 truck to plow light harness
    27781 4 Port Iso
    22381 Side terminal adapters
    26392 Dust cover

You'll still need the following over in above the kit though.

    29070 3 port module
42014 2 pin power cable (technically 4 pin)
    28587 Control harness

hmm fisher dealer said I could use my 4 port module with an adaptor. Total cost for everything I would need was under $200. Controll harness, battery cable, and adaptor. I need my truck set up for new 2 and 3 plug any way So this will work out with my 4 port I hope. I Let u know

Correct, you will unplug the #1 harness on your 4 port and install the adapter and new V harness when your running the Extreme V(as well as the new V battery cable)

Arc, I did something like this on mine, only with a 3 port......Do you know if there is a way to make up an adapter or some splicing I can do to have it all hooked up at the same time, so I wouldn't have to go disconnect & reconnect, or can they not be hooked up at the same time due to whatever reason??
