I have a 2003 2500 Duramax/Allison truck. It has 34,000 miles on it. Should I go for the extended warranty? My nephew did for his 1 ton dually and it cost him $3600. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

RANDY............A extended warranty is a good idea for a plow rig. Esp. if your still making payments.

The only warranty to go with is GMPP anyhoo.

Check out this site for GMPP pricing (the best I have ever found)
    http://www.gmoutlet.com

Note: There is a $250 up charge for plow rigs tho. The price alone is worth 1 smoked Allie, or a trans. case......................geo
