    Here are the details

    Mowing - 24 cuts - 200 hrs
    Plowing - 40 hrs - 35 visits, plus coming back for clean-ups
    Shovelling walks/with blowers - 75 hrs
Sanding - 10 times, lot and walks
    Spring/Fall - 60 hrs - Leaves are a *****
Other - 45 hrs - various other odd jobs included in contract

I have held this contract for 7 years and my problem is that as my business has grown from a 2-3 man operation to a 6-7 man operation, I have not done a good job with my price increases. I feel as though I know what this should be priced at, but I was looking to get an idea at a broder range of estimates.

    Any help?

    to add some more detail:

In my area the HOA would have no problem getting quotes for under 10,000 for the year with all of the above mentioned work. I feel that number is just above the break even point and with those hours the bid should be around 14,000.

Just trying to get an idea what my numbers are like compared to others
