As a lot of you know, this site has many great users. One of them is Jim from Equipment Specialists.

On Friday night I discovered a leak on my plow. B&B gave me the part # and I went to ESI's site to get it ordered. Their site showed that the part was out of stock so I sent off a PM to Jim just to make sure it was accurate. I didn't hear back from him so I ordered what I needed from a local guy.

Fast forward to this morning. I walked into my office and there was a package from Equipment Specialists that had my part in it!

Jim sent the part off without even talking to me and without having my payment information. That's what I call service!

Thanks for the great job you guys do. :salute:

When i placed my order Jim made it easy. They didn't have it in stock so he had Western drop ship it to me. I will buy anything plow related from them. I really wish they were local to me since my locals suck.

At least some of you guys have local stores for your plowing stuff. My "local" parts store is over 100 miles away. Sounds like i might have to give Jim a shout once in a while. Although I dont know how long it would take to get parts to Nebraska? lol

Non of the common carriers will transport them. You have to arrange "special" transportation.
