On my '04 F350 PSD, I went to plug in the engine block heater last night, and kept getting shocked by it. Also, I could hear it buzzing. Unplugged it right away and left if off last night. I'm hoping it's just because it was a little wet.

    Any idea's/ comment's/ suggestion's???

BTW, just had a Blizzard plow mounted about two week's ago, and I used it the first time last night. The power switch's for the light's and the plow were off, so I don't think that had anything to do with it.
