I think I have a fluid problem but the bed is stuck down on my 2004 Chevy 3500 mason dump. How can I get at the hydraulic stuff to check the fluid?

No, a plate underneath blocks it and the bed down has no side access.

Shop with a chainfall should be able to lift it, or a solid tree limb and some ratchet straps. (If its empty.)
Be safe, block it from falling if you're gonna be under it.
