Ematch for Dodge HB1 , HB5/HB1 question

    Fisher's ematch for Dodge Rams is a bit confusing, take a vehicle year 1999 to 2002 and you get two headlight selection choices, they are HB1 or HB5/HB1, select 4 port module. there are two different light kits available HB1 uses kit #8436 with headlight harnesses 26349 and 26354, The HB5/HB1 uses kit #8442 with headlight harness 26370 and 26372, whats the difference in the two?

    pretty simple actually. Do you have 2 headlamp bulbs or 4?

    HB1 is 2 bulb
    HB5/HB1 is 4 bulb

    I don't think I've ever seen a four bulb on that generation of Ram. It must not be too common.

    had a clear lens cover. Seen mostly on Sport models

    Yup the sport's used a clear lense with a seperate bulb for high beams. Nice lookin light actually.
