recently bought a 1996 chevy cheyenne with a mm1 plow on it. plow is fully func. except for lights. first off the hazard lights in the truck dont flash however if the switch is on and u hit the brakes the hazards light up. when the plow is hooked up the only way the plow lights come on is if the hazard light switch is on and u hit the brakes, also if i turn on my left blinker when the plow lights are hooked up and the hazard switch is on all the lights in the front flash. whats goin on?

    electrical woes

You may have a temporary short somewhere in
the wiring and you will need to trace it.

I would check the male female connectors first
and rub in some of the dielectric grease too
    to prevent corrosion.

I suggest you check your fuses for hairline cracks as well.
