Electric under gate spreaders

    Got back into it. Need advice on tailgate spreaders. Always had hydraulic....input on electric? Outfitting a f 800 dump.

    Stick with hydraulic, you'll be disappointed if that's what you're used to.

    They work OK the first year, after that always seem plauged with electrical issues. Have one customer with one, he's replaced the spinner motor twice. It's 6 years old maybe.

    I have a electric under the tailgate salter on my f750 and love it. I might actually buy another one.
