Easiest way to mount trans temp sender in 4r100 stamped pan

    Has anyone used the stock drain hole to mount a sender in,looks like the quickest way to go.THANKS JB

    There is a test port on the drivers side of the transmission. That's where you want to put the sensor.

    Took the words right out of my mouth. That is the way to go with temp probe.

    Easier way is to just buy a ScanGaugeII. Gives you multiple features and gauges and just plugs into the OBDII.

    I'm using an aeroforce Scan-gauge. Everything's done via the OBD port. It'll never leak this way either.
