    When plow go's lock to lock it's stuck both ways,have to wack the curb to free it. If you keep it from going full turns no problem.
    Cross over maybe?

    Stops are worn off of the Sector , thus over collapsing the angling rams blocking the inlet port .

    Weld a 1/4" thick piece of steel on the stops to prevent this if the center bolt (king bolt) in in good shape as this being loose or worn out will cause the same issue.

    Everything checks out even welded spacers on stops, still jams. crossover valve?
