Bad A valve. Throw a fresh A coil on it too while you're there.

    Slow down

I have had this happen with contaminated oil and cold temperatures. Warming the oil reservoir with a propane torch was an extreme move that I had to make to melt ice that had formed in valve passage ways. Flush the system, including your angle rams, and refill with fresh oil.
