What method did you use to "check" the B and C valves?

The C coil and valve assembly is what controls your angle right function...

Have magnetism on the C coil when the control is held in the angle right function?
Have you removed the C valve and checked it for proper movement?
Have you used the search feature here? Hours of reading on this issue...

The A valve has nothing to do with angling...it's for lowering the blade so don't spend too much time there.

Could be a quick coupler issues as well, which is also very very common. Searching here will also help you diagnose that issue as well.
