For some reason all of a sudden since last storm the ram is taking a long time to retract. The plow is lowering alot slower than normal. Any ideas? The filter screen is clean. Could there be air in the pump. I am going to try and heat it up. Its been real cold hear the last month and see how that goes. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Air would make it have a hard time raising.

Remove 11/16 plug from below a coil, remove 3/16 Allen drop adjuster from inside, with ram up and blade disconnected. Then bump lift arm down by hand to clear passage. Reinstall adjuster to approximate same location. Follow FSM to adjust drop speed.
