    trucks are GM2500 2001 & 2003

I ordered the plates and mounting hardware from GM.

Anyone know what the proper way to wire in the second battery is?

Do I just run a positive and negative lead to the original battery terminals?

It is my understanding that by running the batteries in parallel, pos to pos, neg to neg. you increase amps but not volts, running in series, neg to pos, pos to neg, you step up your voltage as well, you would be 24v. Mine is run parallel. aux bat ties to the main bat posts and all feeds lead from there.
