Downeaster clutch problem

    Have a downeaster 2 yard sander with the Briggs motor 9 hp this year the clutch has been stuck in the on position so every time the motors running so is the belt n spinner anyone know of any ways to free it up tried acouple waks with a mallet but no go.

    Does the clutch make a clicking sound when you throw the switch?? If it does, the bearing is frozen.

    You can try putting a pipe wrench on each pulley/sprocket and turn in opposite directions.

    Yea it does click when power is applied do they sell just the bearing
