down pressure #'s???

    Speaking of a pull plow here....when they say they have down pressure...how many punds on the cutting edge do they have. Daniels says they have 2000lbs, but that is at the cylinder base. I am talking about the blade tip...if it had 2000lbs it waould damn near pick up the back of the truck, it only weighs 2000lbs.
    how much is needed to be affective.

    Due to their design rear pull plows need some additonal down pressure. Some brands use springs for this though.
