    MILWAUKEE (July 22, 2015) – Douglas Dynamics, Inc. (NYSE: PLOW), North America’s premier manufacturer of vehicle attachments and equipment, is the proud recipient of the 2015 Snow and Ice Management (SIMA) Snow Industry Commitment Award.

    Selected once every year, the award acknowledges SIMA Associate Members that provide outstanding contributions to snow and ice contractors through innovation, support or customer service. Nominations for the award are judged by snow and ice management professionals from around the country.

    Jason Case, CSP, President of Case Snow Management and Chair of the SIMA Board of Directors, presented the award. “As a valued member of the SIMA organization, we recognized Douglas Dynamics as a company that has delivered new and innovative solutions every year,” he said. “Their commitment is best described as ‘resilient,’ as they continue to strive to better the industry.”

    The award was presented to Douglas Dynamics at the 2015 SIMA Snow & Ice Symposium, June 24-27 in Schaumburg, Ill.

    Who else could they possibly have given this award to? One of the second tier plow manufacturers? :rolleyes: They might as well retire this particular award and rename it the "Douglas Dynamics Memorial Award for Outstanding Innovation, Quality and Reliability". That will give the little guys a chance to finally get some acknowledgement after being crushed year after year by DD.
