When I bought the truck this spring I thought for sure I would change them out for a skinny tire. But as winter got closer and my walet got emptyer I decided to leave them on this year. Then I met the former owner of the truck (who also plows) and he swears by them, Has a set just like them on his new truck. So far they seem way better than I would have thought, mabey better than a more traditional tire. But I have no way to compaire, so I thought I would see what you guys have to say.

That is a fantastic tire. As long as the tread is good they will perform very well. A little on the expensive side though.

Are the treads on the sides for climbing curbs? LOL

Nope, trees (as my dad says). I run an off brand that is similar, and they work great.
