We don't have a backup that is just sitting waiting to plow. I think this truck is really for smaller operations which I am on the top end of with 3 truck routes. We have enough room in our routes that if a truck goes down we can adjust to get the routes done.

I do have my daily driver a Tacoma that has a plow on it. It is supposed to be a backup, but I seem to use it during the storms to assist the other trucks as I bounce around rather then being on a route.

i usually have 1-3 trucks sitting depends on how much snow we get and what time we get it.
