Do I need a new mount ?

    Two years ago I had it welded and here it goes again

    I work on airport grounds and lots of drain covers to hit

    You can't submit a picture on mobile !

    What broke? Plow side? Truck side? We need more information... What plow setup you using? Hopefully at the very least a C series for commercial airport plowing...

    Classic mount on truck side C-7.6 the angle part coming down from frame to the mount I have pics on my phone I tried to post from phone earlier but didnt work

    will load on computer now and show you what I am talking about

    Gotta say I've never seen that brace crack light that... Was it ever hit or involved in an accident? Did the welder also put a gusset on the inside of that bracket? Was the system installed new? Or was it a carry over/purchased used?

    Buy a new mount that things looks like hell!

    That is fixable. Just the person who fixed it before had no clue.

    The system was brand new, I am guessing as old as truck 02


    And I also think that the person that fixed it before had no clue he is a local welder that fixed it on a short notice and quick, it lasted 2 years and it was $50


    I will take it to a real welder this time


    Truck never been in an accident.
