Really hard to say since we dont know what truck you have, what harness your running and are turn signals working on the truck?

1996 Dodge Ram, turn signals not working on truck without harness (still think they feed through solenoid), MM1 plow

No, the turn signals, headlights or markers dont feed through the motor solenoid.

You have something seriously messed up if the turn signals only work on the truck when the plow harness is hooked up. The plow harness only picks up power from the truck side and sends it out to the plow.

Is this a new install or existing?

Have you looked at the schematics to see how the harness works?

sounds like a vehicle ground issue.....Check the splices for the corner lamps under the hood. Let us know which harness system you have and how many pins on each connector, I can send you a simple to follow PDF of your harness diagram.

well lucked out, it was the flasher...$10 to fix, heck of a lot better then $90 per hour for troubleshooting at Fisher Dealer
    thanx for the feed back
