Just installed HD Reflex shocks and Dayton HD Coil Springs to my 98 dodge ram 1500. I am putting a 7.5 fisher plow on it. Should I also add the timbrens or will the HD coil springs be enough? My mechanic told me the HD coils would handle the weight of the plow and no need for the timbrens. I also got 1.5 inch lift on the front.

Try it first without Timbrens then decide.

Wont be needing the timbrens. To tets out, I put a fisher stainless steel plow which weighed about 800lbs and the shocks and springs handlde it like a champ. I would recommend upgrading to these springs and shocks!!
