    What is it in?

Is it one bulb or all the dask lights? If it is all the dash lights, your tailight fuse is blown...You will have no tailights and dash lights together. If it is one, on most trucks, you can remove the instrument cluster fairly easily, the bulbs will be on the back side, usually just twist the old ones out. The hardest part is disconnecting the speedo cable (older trucks). There is usually a spring clip that you push down to release the cable from the panel.
You would remove the outer dash trim/bezel, then find the scews near the panel and remove them.

Ks, it is on a 92 K3500. All other lights are working fine. It is just the the instrument cluster. Thanks
  4. its a common problem, if there's not fuse blown, and new bulbs don't fix it,,, could be your light swich which is real easy to change.
